SO INSPIRED - CULINARY MASTERCLASSES AT ACADEMY SOFITEL, SOFITEL MELBOURNE ON COLLINS
Master the secrets of Melbourne’s great chefs with a series of culinary masterclasses conducted in the purpose built training kitchens of Academy Sofitel at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins.
Over 5 hours you will be equipped with your own workstation, a set of professional knives and the guidance of a master chef who will demonstrate each dish before you prepare it yourself. Classes are limited to 12 participants, so there’s plenty of time to ask questions or seek personal assistance.
At the end of the class you can enjoy the dishes you have cooked, each matched with a glass of wine.
Classes are themed per featured chef and cost $230.00 per person including:
- More than five hours of very personalised tuition, from 10:00am to 3:30pm on Saturdays.
- Instruction by some of Melbourne’s leading Chefs.
- All ingredients for a 3-course meal.
- A chef’s jacket, hat and knives are supplied for the afternoon.
- A Certificate of Achievement, Culinary Academy apron and menu booklet are yours to take home.
- Matched wines are provided to enjoy with your 3-course meal.
