Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is proud to introduce No35. An innovative new restaurant located 35 floors above the Paris end of Collins Street.
The restaurant serves modern cuisine using fresh local ingredients emphasizing pure flavour matched with relaxed uncomplicated service. Complementing No35’s food philosophy, the wines have been selected to be true to their origin, reflecting their regional integrity.
Featuring an innovative a la carte selection with personally suggested wines for lunch from Monday to Friday 12 midday - 2pm. Alternatively, take dinner to new heights 7 days a week from 5:30pm until late.
On Sunday's between 12noon – 3pm, No35 offers a sumptuous brunch that you’ll never forget. Enjoy the spectacular views of No35 with a fantastic buffet selection of anti-pasto, cheeses, seafood, hot carvery items, accompanying side dishes and a sumptuous dessert range that is complemented by your choice of No35 select wines, beer and soft drink. The Sunday Jazz Brunch is $75 per person.
